Cincinnati, Ohio -- Donnell Whittenburg of Baltimore Md./Ultimate Gymnastics and Marvin Kimble of Milwaukee, Wis./Swiss Turners won the Level 10 all-around titles at the 2012 Men's Junior Olympic National Championships at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. University of Florida standout Marissa King is making a bid to represent Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics this summer, returning to elite competition at the 2012 British Team Championships in Guilford, England.  Marissa King competed on vault, beam and floor.     King fell off the beam on a standing arabian, but she stuck a 1 1/2-twisting Tsukahara on vault (14.6) and showed impressive tumbling on floor, including a double layout and an arabian double front (13.15).   Watch more video of 2012 British Team Championships on...

Georgia will name California head coach and former Nebraska assistant Danna Durante as the new head coach of the 10-time national champion Gym Dogs, according to the Red and Black.  Durante spent just one season at Cal and received verbal commitments from big name recruits such as elite gymnast and former JO National Champion Jessica Howe from WOGA. One year after her much anticipated comeback to gymnastics competition at the 2011 US Classic, Shawn Johnson is still having trouble with her left knee which she tore in a 2010 skiing accident.  Everything she's worked for in her comeback is quickly approaching, but she may not be physically ready.
