(c)Oklahoma Gymnastics The No. 2 University of Oklahoma men's gymnastics team captured its 20th conference title and 12th in the past 15 years Saturday night with its second-consecutive Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Conference Championship Saturday night in Colorado Springs, Colo. (c) Oklahoma gymnastics On Sunday, the NCAA announced the teams and individuals that have advanced to compete for the 2013 National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Championships. The championships, hosted by UCLA, will be held at Pauley Pavilion April 19-21. Ernst Wins Silver at Tokyo World Cup

 Peyton Ernst of Coppell, Texas/Texas Dreams Gymnastics, won the all-around silver medal with a combined score of 56.550 at the 2013 Tokyo World Cup, held today at the Metropolitan Komazawa Olympic Park General Sports Ground in Tokyo. Dream Season Continues For Minnesota

(C) Christopher Mitchell   The dream season continues for Head Coach Meg Stephenson and her No. 8 Minnesota Gophers. The magic started back in January when the Gophers defeated #1 Michigan in a huge upset that shook up the NCAA rankings.   The No.5 University of Michigan women’s gymnastics team claimed the top spot to move on to NCAA Nationals in Los Angeles, Calif. with an overall score of 196.725. The University of Illinois claimed the No. 2 spot to head to nationals with a score of 196.025, upsetting the No. 2 seed Nebraska. The LSU Tigers and UCLA Bruins took the #1 and #2 spots at the Columbus Regional. D-D Breaux and her LSU Tigers were victorious in Columbus scoring a 197.275 that qualifies them to NCAA Championships along with Valerie Kondos-Fields and her UCLA Bruins. Alabama Win 28th Regional Title Earns Trip To NCAAs

The two-time defending national champion Alabama gymnastics team won its NCAA-best 28th NCAA Regional title to advance to the NCAA Championships for the 31st year in a row in front of a boisterous crowd of 7,758 in Coleman Coliseum Saturday night.  With the top two teams in each of the six regionals across the country advancing to the NCAA Championships, Alabama scored a 197.400 to win its ninth consecutive regional followed by Utah in second with a 196.400.
