Return to gymnastics after a gymnast has a stress fracture in their back: Spondy

Return to gymnastics after a gymnast has a stress fracture in their back: Spondylolysis By Larry Nassar, DO http://www.GymnasticsDoctor.com (use this program at your own risk) My treatment plan for spondylolysis is very complex because it is customized to the individual gymnast. I tied for 14th on Bars!

Let's get this show on the road!

Here we are, 7 months and 1 day out of shoulder surgery. As I have said before, this has not been an easy recovery. However, I am here to share some good news!Floor:Floor has been a fairly consistant event for the past few months. The only big thing to report here is that I am able to set more aggresively and able to twist a bit faster. Still though, backhandspring work is still slow as it is still painful to reach back to the floor. Pommel Horse:Oddly enough, this has become one of my better events to work on. Much of pommels is still basic ci...
