1. Great speech. He has a tendancy every now and then to be a little glibly trite with some MBA style sayings...but he lived what he talked about and it came through and I appreciated him sharing the doubts and what he did wrong.2. The selection comitte made the right choices for the first 6 in 2008. I crunched the numbers.
