**3 Years after this workout was filmed, Jake Dalton was named to the 2012 USA Olympic Team and Alex Naddour was named Olympic team alternate! Both guys were on the 2011 World Championships bronze medal team. Take a look back at the training they put years ago, before becoming the best among the best in the world.***

This workout was filmed July 15, 2009 at USA Youth Fitness Center in Gilbert Arizona, and features the country's top two J.O. gymnasts. Alex Naddour of Arizona Flairs was the 2009 Level 10 J.O. National Champion in the all-around as well as on pommel horse. Jake Dalton of Gym Nevada finished 2nd all-around behind Alex and won individual titles on floor, vault, and high bar. Dalton was in town training with the AZ guys during the summer. This fall, the two will join Anthony Naddour, also in the video, at the University of Oklahoma.

But before they begin their collegiate careers, Alex and Jake will represent their club teams one last time in the senior division of the 2009 USA National Championships in Dallas where they hope to make the senior team, and possibly the World Championships team.

wow so OU is gonna be the team to beat in a few years with these guys. Thats 5 jo national titles this year between the 2 of them and they'll make the senior team in the future for sure if not this year.
