No way this deserved a 9.95. It's a perfect example of how overscrored college gymnastics is in general. No offense to Dennis, she's a great gymnast, but the dance is a tenth ortwo, and the DLO deserves deduction regardless of whether she is bowlegged or not..I have cerebral palsy and when I competed I got deducted for stuff I couldn't control, bent arms, etcf. That's just the nature of the game. College judges need to be stricter to separate the very good from the great. |
