In today's gymnastics technique video, learn how to teach a young gymnast a tkatchev on uneven bars by using a hand spotting technique over a rail bar in combination with a bouncing drill on the trampoline.

I would recommend doing that with 2 spotters so you can make the drill more real to the skill. Also there are better ways of spotting this if you are spotting with only one spotter. Also you always have the option of using a belt too.

takes a very confident spotter to do that haha cool stuff
