Gymnastike caught up with 5 of the 7 delightful, athletic, energetic, and always entertaining Reid children of Capital Gymnastics in Burke, VA. 3 of the 4 girls are gymnasts at Capital; the 4th just learned to walk and plans to start back handsprings shortly. All were helping others by volunteering at the Special Olympics meet at Capital on May 12, 2012.

In this entertaining video, watch the kids' hilarious antics, hear about their gymnastics, and listen as they reveal some family secrets, too. Hear about 13-year-old Alexandra's Level 9 season and be the first to learn what skills she's working on for next year, in between running track and helping to change diapers. Learn about 8-year-old Anthony's athletic feats and find out what he thinks about having so many sisters. Get an exclusive look at 7-year-old rising Level 5, Amanda's, press handstand, and learn why her armpits hurt when big sister Alexandra is around. Find out what 6-year-old Alaina is working on for Level 4, and hold your breath along with the other kids as she announces her favorite sibling. See the adorable 1-year-old, soon-to-be gymnast, Alyssa, visit with her siblings during the interview.
