Jason Hebert has coached John Orozco at World Cup Gymnastics since John began gymnastics. In that time, John has been a Future Stars Champion, Level 10 JO National Champion, and a 3-time Visa Junior National Champion. In fact, at the past US Championships in Dallas, John won the Junior All-Around and also placed 1st on Floor, Pommel, Rings, P Bars, and High Bar. Jason talks about what it's like to coach John and what he was like as a younger gymnast.

I think he's just a young HS senior but he is graduating in May. Will only be 17 when he graduates. |

I got to see John win 14-15 division in 2007 Visa and again at the 2008 pacific Rim. I thought he might be really good some day, lets hope people like him and Danel can help our Men's program win more medals in the near future! |
