My team orignally did it with frisbees and we all could pretty much do it but then our coach went out and got the furniture sliders so he could add it to our circuit. It was a lot harder with the furniture sliders since they're meant to slide.

Im sure he touched but it only means he went lower making it harder. . . because he didn't push of the ground or lay there so. . . yeah lol

From the video, it seems that your mid section hits the floor on the drop. Is that just your shirt? Because I don't think Al's did (shirt or body).

P.S. Excellent idea for a counter-challenge!

After Experimenting a lot with this move. . .The Springfield College Mens and Womens gymnast come to the conclusion that it is easier with straight legs: due to the fact it allows you to put your weight more on your hands making it more like a press or a planche. Doing it the way Allison does it is harder because all your weight is in the center of your body making it more difficult to pull both your arms and legs together at the same time.

I think Al bends her legs at the end which not to take away from that exercise because it is crazy hard, but the other two guys that have made it have done it straight legs all the way
