I have been waiting two weeks for new workout videos. Most of the gyms are so great, so I watch them like 3 times. Please post some new videos up. :(

haha how'd you know?! You're right. It's been a very busy week. I filmed 3 workouts in Chicago over the past 3 days so I can tell you that there is a lot of good stuff to come for Workout Wednesday but had no time to edit one this week. I'm featuring one next week for sure, and it will be worth the wait! :)
