This week's gymnastics workout video features the level 10 team at Docksiders Gymnastics in Maryland. Docksiders is one of the top club teams in the US with numerous gymnasts at level 10 JO Nationals each year.

This video was filmed at the tail end of their summer training on August 5th, just one week before their seniors headed off to college.
