Today's gymnastics workout video features the reigning Level 10 Illinois State Champions, Illinois Gymnastics Institute. IGI is known for producing top level 10's and college gymnastics prospects. In fact, last year IGI graduated 10 girls who are now competing for gymnastics programs at Universities around the country.
This workout was filmed on February 11th, one day before the start of their home meet and the largest women's meet in the world, the Chicago Style. IGI will be competing at the 2010 Illinois State Championships this weekend.

Yes, the cheering is signature IGI. These girls work hard and truly support each other in the gym and meets. They're team players and amazing bunch to watch. Good luck at State this weekend IGI!!!!

IGI actually has 5 girls ranked in the top 100 vaulters in the country right now, with 3 of them being level 10's! Impressive. Way to go :)
