" All or Nothing" Our Flash Back series with Jaycie Phelps begins with her talking about the months leading up to the 1996 Olympics. In this segment, Jaycie gives us some insights to how stressful and difficult it was at times during the trials process. She talks about her competition at both the 1996 Championships and Trials and going thru the process with teammate Amanda Borden and coach Mary Lee Tracey.

I hope all the girls facing the Olympic trials this year can watch this! It would help them to know that others have faced the same stressful process, reached breaking point and come through OK.

Thank you for posting. That was great. You can see she was emotional still talking about it to this day. The whole 1996 selection process, nationals, trials, and games were perfect. It was also the beginning of the Mary Lee's riegn of amazing national coach and in my opinion is still the best coach the US has to offer.
