Hey Chris, I have been to this lecture twice and got something new out of it each time. Thanks for letting us post it up here on gymnastike. I know a lot of coaches and gymnastics fans a like will enjoy these videos and learn something in the process. Keep up the great work you guys are doing at Texas Dreams.
