For the season premiere of Workout Wednesday, Season 5, we take you inside the University of Maryland gymnastics program for a typical training day. This workout was filmed on December 7th, days before their preseason intrasquad meet and one month before the start of the 2011 season.
The Terps are a team on the rise with a young, energetic coaching staff including Brett Nelligan and Erinn Dooley, both in their 2nd season, and J.J. Ferreira in his first season. Senior Abigail Adams is the defending EAGL All Around Champion. The Terps are currently ranked 33rd nationally.

The wolfpack are looking great this year, you should try and do a little more coverage on them, it would be great and different then continually seeing the top teams! I think a workout wednesday with them would be awesome!

Hannah thats coming later this year! Level 8 Regionals for region 5 are at Twistars this year and I am going to film a workout with Twistars elites/level 10's the day before regionals starts.

There are so many gyms in California that would be awesome for the Workout wednesday! Precision, West Coast Elite, All Olympia, GymMax, SCEGA and you can also visit UCLA and CSU Fullerton!
