This week's gymnastics workout video is possibly the most impressive workout video featured yet on Gymnastike - featuring the 2011 World Champions in training just 24 hours before their decisive victory in the 2011 World Championships Team Finals where they hit every routine and made history by defeating the Russians by four points. Watch how the American team trains for competitions under National Team Coordinator Martha Karolyi.

Team USA had an extremely successful World Championships by winning numerous medals: Team Gold, All Around Gold for Jordyn Wieber, Vault Gold for McKayla Maroney, Beam bronze for Jordyn Wieber, and Floor bronze for Alexandra Raisman.

Gymnasts in this video: Jordyn Wieber of Twistars USA, Alexandra Raisman of Brestyan's, McKyala Maroney of AOGC, Gabrielle Douglas of Chow's, Sabrina Vega of Dynamic Gymnastics, and Anna Li of Legacy Elite and formerly of UCLA. 2008 Olympian Alicia Sacramone was a member of the 2011 World team but was injured before the start of competition in Tokyo.

I still can't get over how poorly Komova behaved- it's not as bad as Khorkina et al taking their medals off at the Olympics, but it's still pretty bad. Suck it up brat.
