I believe you are referring to Russell. He's been their choreographer for years, but has stepped in as an asst. coach this year -- although I believe he's a volunteer assistant.
Ah Yes, is that his name? Russell??

Well yes then his role is very similar to Jeremy Miranda's at Florida who i also listed as a "volunteer coach"
