Today's gymnastics workout video features 2005 World All Around Champion and 2008 Olympian Chellsie Memmel and the reigning Wisconsin State Champion level 10 team from M&M Gymnastics. This workout was filmed on July 20, just a couple days before Memmel made her comeback to gymnastics official at the 2011 CoverGirl Classic by competing all around for the first time since the 2008 Olympic Trials. Memmel nearly won the meet, finishing 2nd all around, and qualified to the 2011 Visa Championships in St. Paul.

Her level 10 teammates (Skyler, Caroline, Melissa, and Hannah) were polishing new skills and working vault upgrades for the 2012 level 10 season.

I have to say, in the past i've never been the biggest chellsie fan, her gymnastics style didn't really appeal to me. I have a new respect for her- she really knows what it takes and can get the job done. i admire her

I love how Chellsie just goes about her business. She doesn't need and/or want the hype that other gymnasts have when making comebacks. The results she has in competition does enough for her! She is awesome, and I wish her luck! Go Chellsie!

Love her no fuss, hard work attitude. Very admirable. She seems to have the mental side of gymnastics down to a science. I really hope her body holds up!
