Jordyn Wieber of Geddarts' Twistars claimed the top spot in the senior women's all-around competition after the first night of competition with a score of 59.850 at the 2011 Visa Championships in St Paul. She posted the top scores on both vault (15.80) and floor (14.90) while performing her new floor routine for the first time. She leads the competition by 1.85 points heading into night 2.

She doesn't practice interviewing 36 hours a day and she's only 16. She's most likely a little nervous when being interviewed. Give the girl a break.

Lol I counted nearly 30 "umm" s!!
I hope she can come to relax more for interviews, she always seems tense and so serious.
I'm getting to like Jordyn more and more though. I think "Wild Dances" was a great choice. I think everyone in Europe will recognise it (i.e. the British crowd next year!) and it's powerful and exciting. I had it as my ringtone for a while after it won the Eurovision song contest in 2004 :)
