This week's gymnastics workout video showcases the team who will host the 2012 Olympics, Great Britain. Watch as the British women's gymnastics team trains in Tokyo during the 2011 World Championships.

The British women had a favorable showing in Tokyo, successfully qualifying a full team to compete in the 2012 Olympic Games and finishing an impressive 5th place in the Team Final. The team was led by former World uneven bars and floor Champion Beth Tweddle, and their top all around gymnast was Hannah Whelan who finished 9th place in the all around finals.

The GB program has showed great improvement over the past decade and will be a team to watch in 2012. Let the countdown to London begin!
