This week's gymnastics workout video features the University of Missouri women's gymnastics team. Check out what a typical mid-season workout is like for the Mizzou team with routine preparation and conditioning.

The Tigers started out their season undefeated with 5-straight victories and are currently ranked 19th nationally heading into the Big 12 Championships in Norman this weekend. This will be the last Big 12 Championships for Missouri before their move to the SEC Conference next season. Top gymnasts to watch are senior all arounder Mary Burke and freshman Rachel Updike who has been named Big 12 Newcomer of the Week a record nine times this season.
