Workout Wednesday with 2012 Olympic Hopeful Aly Raisman at Brestyan's Gymnastics
This week's gymnastics workout video features 2011 World Champion and 2012 USA Gymnastics Olympic team hopeful Aly Raisman of Brestyan's American Gymnastics in Massachusetts. Raisman is coming off a fantastic 2011 season, leading team USA to the World Championships gold medal, finishing 4th all around, and winning an individual world bronze medal on floor. Watch for Raisman at the 2012 AT&T American Cup in March, and follow her on her journey to the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Workout Wednesday with the 2011 World Champions: Team USA Women
This week's gymnastics workout video is possibly the most impressive workout video featured yet on Gymnastike - featuring the 2011 World Champions in training just 24 hours before their decisive victory in the 2011 World Championships Team Finals where they hit every routine and made history by defeating the Russians by four points. Watch how the American team trains for competitions under National Team Coordinator Martha Karolyi. Team USA had an extremely successful World Championships by winning numerous medals: Team Gold, All Around Gold for Jordyn Wieber, Vault Gold for McKayla Maroney, Beam bronze for Jordyn Wieber, and Floor bronze for Alexandra Raisman. Pre-Olympic Workout Wednesday with Jordyn Wieber and Twistars USA
2012 USA Olympian and reigning World Champion Jordyn Wieber makes one final appearance in Gymnastike's Workout Wednesday before taking on the world with Team USA in London. Wieber is the defending U.S. and World all around Champion and will be one of the favorites for the elusive Olympic all around gold medal. Coach John Geddert has been selected as Head Coach of Team USA in London after leading the young American team to decisive victory at the 2011 World Championships. The U.S. team of Wieber, Aly Raisman, Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney, and Kyla Ross are the favorites for the team gold medal. The Americans have not won an Olympic Team title since the Magnificent Seven captured the gold in 1996. Also appearing in the video is fellow elite Casey Jo Magee who traveled to Twistars for a training session. Wieber is training alongside the dominant Gedderts' Twistars USA level 10 team, including Grace Williams, fresh off her second J.O. National all around title, former junio elite Kami Moore who persevered through hip surgery for a phenomenal season, landing a spot on the 2012 J.O. National Team, and 2011 J.O. National Champion Bayle Pickel.

World Championships Workout: Team Russia
This week's gymnastics workout video features the 2011 World silver medalists and 2010 World Champions, Team Russia. Gymnastike takes you inside their training session in Tokyo, just 24 hours before the 2011 World Championships Team Final where the finished 2nd behind Team USA. The Russians had a successful World Championships but were not totally satisfied with how they fared in Tokyo. First year senior Viktoria Komova led the team with high start values and beautiful artistry but fell just short of the all around gold, finishing less than a tenth behind Jordyn Wieber for the silver. Komova went on to dominate the uneven bars final, her best event, and claimed the World title with teammate Tatiana Nabieva winning the silver. The fifth and final medal won by the Russians in Tokyo was a gold medal on floor for team veteran Ksenia Afanasyeva. Jordyn Wieber Reflects on her Olympic Experience
Team USA Olympic gold medalist Jordyn Wieber reflects on the ups and downs of her first Olympic experience in missing the all around final due to the two-per-country rule, then helping her country to their first Olympic Team Gold Medal since 1996. Wieber also confirms that she had been struggling with injury throughout her time in London.
World Championships Workout: China
This week's gymnastics workout video takes us back to the training halls in Tokyo at the 2011 World Championships. Watch how the defending Olympic Champions prepare for a competition. This workout was filmed on October 10, the day before the 2011 women's World Team Final. The Chinese team made a few errors and settled for the team bronze medal for the second year in a row. Later in the week, Yao Jinnan won the all around bronze medal, and Sui Lu was crowned 2011 Balance beam World Champion.
