**UPDATE: At the 2012 J.O. National Championships, three months after this workout, the Brown's team collected 6 national medals and Randii Wyrick was crowned all around National Champion and won the individual title on beam. Beth Gangale finished 3rd all around, Tiffiani Lewis was 8th, and McKinley Pavicic won bronze on bars.**
This week's gymnastics workout video features the team who won seven gold medals at last year's JO Nationals, Brown's Gymnastics of Las Vegas. Just a few days after this workout was filmed, senior Randii Wyrick achieved her goal of qualifying to the 2012 Nastia Liukin Cup with an amazing all around score of 38.60. Wyrick is the reigning JO National Champion on vault and has signed to compete for LSU next season. Elizabeth Gangale is the reigning JO National All Around and Vault champion for the junior B division, making incredible strides to go from last to first place at Nationals in one year! Gangale's fellow national All Around Champion, Asi Peko, is out rehabbing an injury. They have two more returners from JO Nationals: McKinley Pavicic who finished 16th in the jr A division, and future University of Denver gymnast Julia Ross who tied for 3rd on beam. This is one of the best training I have ever seen. You can see with the details about nobody cares but that are a sign of a valuable coach.

I think there's a difference between unauthorized postings by coaches & stuff that is actually planned well ahead of time. They have a media section in their gym for a reason. Anyway I know there is a pretty good chance it wouldn't happen but I also think it's not totally unthinkable, & was just curious if it had ever been discussed or tried before...it'd totally be the ultimate WW!

But have you ever tried asking? I mean it's worth a try isn't it? NBC & ATT Behind the team, etc, have filmed there...it's not completely secret.

@quick ww question.... that will probably never happen as they don't even allow the national team coaches post video of their individual gymnasts so probably not though it would be cool. I have seen a training camp back during the 2004 cycle and it was pretty cool.

These girls seriously look like a well-seasoned top-ranked college team. Very clean, dynamic gymnastics, very hard working, & they are all in incredible shape! Damn...well done coach.

Region 5s loss is Region 1s gain in getting Terry as a coach. As always the kids he coaches look great. Congrats to the kids, Terry and the rest of the wonderful Browns staff on their success.
