In tonight's competition, OU won its third straight NCAA regional title to advance to its ninth straight NCAA Championships, but they had to fight the whole meet to get there. Senior Megan Ferguson led the Sooners on her three events, winning the floor title with a 9.925 and tying for 1st on beam with a 9.90. Ferguson was announced as the 2012 South Central Region Gymnast of the Year following the meet.

Despite all the injuries, OU refuses to give in and follows the path of their mighty leader!! All five feet of her. Yeah, I'm saying she's five feet tall. Well...on a windy day when her hair frizzes up, maybe. What's it matter when your heart is huge?!

She is so deserving of all her awards this season. I would love to see her top it off with some great routines at Nationals!! GO MEGAN!!!!!
