In this week's gymnastics workout video, coach Coach Heather Schnelzer of Aerial Athletics takes her optional teams through a creative conditioning session. Plyometric exercises in gymnastics are pretty standard but this workout utilizes an elementary school located near the gym, and the results are pretty cool. Hope you enjoy the video!
