    Under 30
    30-39
    40 and fabulous (40+)

    Skill divisions
    Ladies can compete in the following divisions (click here for rules):

    1. AAU Modified Optional Novice
    2. AAU Modified Optional Intermediate
    3. AAU Modified Optional Advance
    Routines can also be less difficult than the rules require.
    Competitors may compete in as many events as they like; all-around is not required.

    Awards
    $100 cash prize for the top competitor in each age group!
    Gift certificate prizes!
    Medals for all competitors!

    Entry fee: $40
    Deadline: December 1, 2012

    Competitors must be registered AAU members; sign up for AAU membership here: www.aausports.org, $22.

    Additonal info
    Attire: Leotards are not required. Yoga pants are fine. Middle must be covered.
    Post-meet festivities: Ladies` night out at a local eatery
