Adam Benas is a former team captain of the Penn State Men's Gymnastics Team. Benas was a a two-time NCAA All American at Penn State, a member of the 2000 NCAA Championship Team. Before college, he was a Junior National Team Member.
He now coaches the women's team at Houston Gymnastics Club.
