This is a cardio conditioning workout done by the men's team at Azarian's Gymnastics in Aliso Viejo, CA. They train under Olympic Gold Medalist and 9-time USSR Champion Eduard Azarian and Tim Klempnauer.

Donothan is on the US Men's Senior National Team. He is currently a junior at UC Berkeley. Before competing at Berkeley, he trained at Azarian Gymnastics in Aliso Viejo, CA under Coach Eduard Azarian and Coach Tim Klempnauer.

Donothan was a member of the 2011 US Men's Pan American Team that traveled to Guadalajara, Mexico.

  • Donothan was the 2008 Junior Olympic Champion on pommel horse. Donothan also took 2nd AA at the 2008 Visa Championships in the men's 16-18 Division.
