Go inside the training gym with the #1 ranked men's gymnastics team in the country, University of Oklahoma. See how they condition early in the morning and then perfect routines in the afternoon. In addition to being the #1 ranked NCAA team, junior Jake Dalton is the top ranked NCAA gymnast in the all around, floor, and parallel bars. Also, last year's Nissen Emery Award winner Steven Legendre has graduated from the team but still trains in Norman alongside his former Sooner teammates and coach Mark Williams. Both guys are training to make the 2012 US Olympic team. This weekend, the Sooners will host their final home meet of the season, hosting Air Force and Nebraska.
