Today's gymnastics workout video takes you inside a training session with a former National Coach of the Year, Cassie Rice at Gymcats in Las Vegas. Her level 8, 9, and 10 teams are training for the 2012 optional season. The Gymcats are led by seniors Taylor Rice and Risa Perez, with both girls advancing to another JO Nationals before heading off to college. Rice signed with Stanford, and Perez with Arizona State.

After this workout, the entire Gymcats level 10 team qualified to the JO National Championships in Virginia! Six gymnasts will represent Region 1 at Nationals and with one gymnast advancing to NIT.

Gymcats and Cassie Rice are best known for producing Olympian, World Champion, and 2-time US Champion Tasha Schwikert.
