Here is Oksana Chusovitina on Fx from Mexican Open

Oksana Chusovitina has enjoyed a successful gymnastics career spanning more than 20 years, and has represented three different national teams (USSR, Uzbekistan, Germany). A World and Olympic Gold medalist, she is the first female gymnast to compete at five Olympic Games, and London will be her sixth, at the age of 37.

Chusovitina's best event is vault, where she competed a Rudi and a Tsukahara double full to win silver in Beijing. She is also the reigning World Championships silver medalist on the event, successfully coming back from a torn Achilles tendon at the end of 2008. She is a medal favorite for London, in what she says will be her final Olympics.

Chusovitina began her career competing for the Soviet Union up until 1993. She made waves at the 1991 Worlds in Indianapolis, where she won gold on the floor exercise and with her team, in addition to taking silver on vault.

Chusovitina's first Olympics was also the last for the USSR. In 1992, she helped the Unified Team to gold at the Barcelona Olympics, where she also finished 7th in floor exercise finals. At the World Championships that year, Chusovitina claimed bronze on vault.

Oksana's long list of accomplishments includes two Olympic medals (16 years apart!), World Championship gold medals in 1991 (floor, team) and 2003 (vault), Worlds silver medals on vault in 1991, 2001, 2005 and 2011, and bronze medals in 1992, 1993, 2002 and 2006. She placed 9th all around at the 2008 Olympics.

Thus far in 2012, Chusovitina has competed at the European Championships in Brussels, finishing second on vault. She will head to London representing Germany, where she has competed since 2006.

Oksana has a son, Alisher, who was born in November 1999. She has several skills in the Code of Points that bear her name, including the laidout Rudi on vault, the hop full and full-out dismount on uneven bars, and the layout full-out on floor exercise.
