Shawn Johnson is also planning on releasing an album under her Rap Name, "Shawty 2Cute." Her rhymes aren't very good, though, but it takes some time to hone your skills. I never even knew she grew up in Brooklyn.

Why is no one alowed to have an opinion? Good or bad everyone is allowed to have their own opinion on something. Calling others pathetic because they said something that you don't agree with is so immature.

With that said... I don't think Shawn will come back. She's just been gone for too long and she's tasted too much fame. I want to come back, that would make me very, very happy, but I just don't think she will. We'll see tho.

I feel like crying now if shawn's really serious about quitting. She's like super on the beam and she's really my fave gymnast other than yang yilin. I'm really sad that shawn hasn't plan about continuing gymnastics and yang got seriously injured.

I just stopped doing gymnastics........and it was the best decision I have ever made in my entire life. Let the girl do what she wants, it's her choice, whatever makes her happy.

Shame on those mean people who posted rude comments! Your nasty comments told people more about yourselves than Shawn Johnson. Shawn has every right to do whatever makes her happy. Even if she might not do any gymnastics again, she still was, is, and will be 1,000 times more successful than you bitter sour losers who have nothing better to do with your own lives but hide behind computer screens to trash others. Ugh- just say you're done please. That speech her agent wrote that she's been peddling forever is getting on my last nerve.
I can see her dilemma though, because if she goes back to Iowa or gymnastics or to SCHOOL it won't leave any time for important things... like squeezing every last drop of attention from her Olympic accomplishments.

She is SO FULL OF and IS retired. Her agent won't let her say she is retired because they still want people to have interest in her. It's so irritating.
