who cares how many "ums" there are. anne is awesome at interviewing, and you should be thankful she posts all of these videos for you to watch and occupy yourself all day. appreciate what she is doing and quit being an internet tool

I know you hate me criticizing your speech. But I think if you wrote out your remarks and read them off in a practiced manner it would be an improvement. You can always add some hesitations back in. But for now there are way too many "um"s.
