Interview with legendary gymnastics coach Suzanne Yoculan after winning her 10th NCAA title in her final year as Head Coach of the Georgia Gym Dogs.
Her team overcame the pressure to win a 5th-straight national title in the 2009 Super Six NCAA Championships. They had to come from behind after a slow start on bars and beam, but they rallied with a huge 49.575 team total on floor as each gymnast went 9.9 or higher and then posted a season-high 49.625 on vault. Georgia ended the meet with a 197.825 team total, its second-best score of the year, to outdistance second-place Alabama's 197.575 and third-place Utah's 197.425.
This was the final competition for seniors Courtney Kupets, Tiffany Tolnay, Abby Stack, and Paige Burns and the final competition before Yoculan's retirement from gymnastics coaching.
