1.) 1982; it was a tie between Julianne McNamara and Zoya Grancharova
2.) 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2008; there were 4 American women in each of these competitions

Question 1 - 1999?
Question 2 - I'm not sure, several of them had 4 like 2008 and I think 2003, 2004 and 2005
Question 3 - 1998 - one of the best fields with the top 2 Americans (Atler, Maloney) and several top international competitors (Karpenko, Olaru, Meng Fei, Kovaleva, Teza)
