The best of the best are fighting to win the National Championships this weekend in in Los Angeles. Here's an inside look at the training day and the big skills that caught our eye.

Rhonda Faehn is the head coach of the University of Florida Gators. She came to Florida following the 2002 season after spending four seasons (1999-02) at the University of Nebraska. Every Gator team event record has been set since her arrival. In both 2007 and 2010, she led her team to the SEC Championship title. and to a 3rd place finish at the NCAA Championships. In 2012, the Gators won the SEC Championship and finished 2nd at the NCAA Championships

Faehn was also extremely successful as a gymnast. She was a 4-year member of the US National Team (1985-88) and trained under Bela Karolyi during that time. She was the 1987 and '88 U.S. vault champion, scoring a perfect 10.0 at both the 1988 U.S. Olympic Trials and the 1988 U.S. National Championships. In 1987, she was the highest U.S. finisher at the World Championships, placing 19th all-around. In 1988, Rhonda was the first alternate for the US Olympic team. She then went on to compete for UCLA and earn All-American status.
