This week's gymnastics workout video features the #7 ranked University of Michigan women's gymnastics team. The Wolverines have just advanced to the 2013 NCAA Championships by winning the Morgantown Regional. The team has rebounded from an injury-ridden 2012 season and was even ranked #1 nationally for a few weeks this season.

The Wolverines rank 4th nationally in total season average with an impressive 197.033 average team score in 2013. They will compete in the tough evening session at the 2013 NCAA Championship Prelims with a great chance at the Super Six while Joanna Sampson eyes the National All Around title.
