In the first meet of the 2011 season, US National Team Member and University of Illinois senior Paul Ruggeri won the all around with 88.90 and led his Illini team to the Windy City team title. Paul talks about his extremely busy fall with international assignments to Worlds and Japan, tonight's competition, and more.
