The German National Team held a training camp at WOGA from February 2-10 so that they could learn from the Americans and train alongside Olympic Champion Nastia Liukin and her WOGA teammates. This workout was flimed February 3rd at WOGA's Plano gym. Head Coach Ulla Koch's main focus in this training camp is the 2009 European Championships to be held in Milan at the end of March.

Germany seems to have a very good group of girls, I love the way they train their full turns, very cute.
