Workout Wednesday visits the Michigan men's gymnastics team just in time for the 2013 NCAA Championships. The #3 ranked Michigan men's team looks to capture the program's fifth NCAA title and first since 2010 this Friday through Sunday (April 19-21) at the NCAA Championships in State College, Pa. 2012 U.S. Olympian Sam Mikulak is finally back in the all around and will be the favorite for the All Around title. Watch Mikulak and the Michigan train for a National Championship.
