Sam Mikulak was the 2011 NCAA and Big 10 All Around Champion as a freshman for Michigan last season. As a member of the US Senior National team, he was selected to represent the US at the 2011 Puerto Rico Cup in June. Unfortunately, Mikulak injured both of his ankles during the competition which kept him out of the 2011 Visa Championships and out of contention for the World Championships team.

Mikulak is again healthy and working hard for the 2012 Michigan season and the Olympic year.

This is Sam's 1 on 6 workout the day before leaving for training camp.
