In just 6 days, OU Junior Steven Legendre and OU Freshman Jake Dalton will represent the United States at the 2009 World Championships in London. Steve is the reigning US National FX Champion and with his 16.90 start value, he is one of the favorites to win this year's World Floor Title. At just 18 years old, Jake is the US National Vault Champion and was placed on the World team just one month ago.
This workout was filmed on October 3rd. It was one of the last practices before traveling to London, and Coach Mark Williams had the guys showing routines in uniform. Tuesday, October 13th will be the men's qualifying round and the first day of competition at the 2009 World Gymnastics Championships.

Workout filmed by Amy Kleefisch

Music: Song 1 by R Johnson. Song 2 by Galactic

I think if Jake can hit those vaults like he did the last 2 in the video then he'll make finals.

That is a sweet routine! But he has got to point his feet man! Especially on the press.
