Brandon is a member of the U.S. Senior National Team and the Ohio State Men's Gymnastics team. As a club gymnast, Brandon was coached by Tyrone Elam at Will-Moor School of Gymnastics in New Jersey.
In 2012, Brandon competed at the Winter Cup where he won the all-around and still rings titles, along with placing third on parallel bars. At the 2012 Visa Championships, he finished second on rings and 8th on parallel bars, making the U.S. Senior National Team and advancing to the Olympic Trials.
Brandon finished 8th All-Around at the 2009 NCAA Championships, earning All-American honors. Brandon was the 2010 still rings Winter Cup Challenge champion, the 2010 and 2011 NCAA still rings champion, the 2010 and 2011 US still rings champion.
More recently, Wynn was a member of the 2011 US Men's Pan American Team that traveled to Guadalajara, Mexico. The US men placed 3rd in the team final. Additionally, Wynn placed 8th in the individual all around final and won the still rings title
