The girl in the blue USA shirt is probably just an attendant that escorts the team like the ones during competition that carry signs with the name of the country. She's not a US gymnast and looks way to young to be an official.

Nice to see Gabby calm and in control again. Looks like she'll be going for a 6.60 D Score, hopefully she can nail it down multiple times in competition:)
