2012 USA Olympian and reigning World Champion Jordyn Wieber makes one final appearance in Gymnastike's Workout Wednesday before taking on the world with Team USA in London. Wieber is the defending U.S. and World all around Champion and will be one of the favorites for the elusive Olympic all around gold medal.

Coach John Geddert has been selected as Head Coach of Team USA in London after leading the young American team to decisive victory at the 2011 World Championships. The U.S. team of Wieber, Aly Raisman, Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney, and Kyla Ross are the favorites for the team gold medal. The Americans have not won an Olympic Team title since the Magnificent Seven captured the gold in 1996.

Also appearing in the video is fellow elite Casey Jo Magee who traveled to Twistars for a training session. Wieber is training alongside the dominant Gedderts' Twistars USA level 10 team, including Grace Williams, fresh off her second J.O. National all around title, former junio elite Kami Moore who persevered through hip surgery for a phenomenal season, landing a spot on the 2012 J.O. National Team, and 2011 J.O. National Champion Bayle Pickel.

Jordyn is my favorite gymnast. She looks like she's strong and very fit. And she has lovely brown eyes.

Thats just another type of bun!!! Kyla wears it too! I love that jordyn is sticking to the ponytail! And I have nothing against buns considering I wear them all the time but I just don't think they are neat for competition. And I totally agree with the OTHER anonymous coward... Nastia's was very bad...

They seem to be a very serious but seriously fun gym to be at. I love how relaxed they are but also get work done efficiently

What really looked bad was Nastia's hair at Nationals and Trials. What a mess! Hope none of our Olympians are showing up with that.

McKayla's in not even a bun. It's a pony tail flipped half way through. To each their own I prefer the bun it's cleaner than a flopping pony tail all over the place IMO. :)

@Gym4Life Ugh... NO!!!! I absolutely hate the buns!!!! The only person who really rocks the bun is McKayla Maroney! Hers looks so neat and perfect! I like Jo's neat ponytail!

I hope Jordyn goes with a sleevless leo for the AA in London! Not likely but I think in her case it actually helps her line look cleaner and the hair in the bun also looks much neater than the ponytail she often sports....minor details I know but this is the Olympics after all! Best of luck to her I want her to win the AA!

Casey Jo Magee is FIERCE. I hope she has a great year in 2013, comes with a killer beam routine and go to worlds, I know it's a long shot but I hope she can do it
