Unofficial is the main drinking event on the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign during the year. It usually occurs a few weeks before actual St. Patrick's Day. Students start drinking as early as 6 a.m., there is green beer everywhere and people spend the entire day drinking. Definitely interesting to have a gymnastics meet on the same day.
