Stick of the Week for April 15th actually comes from a competition on April 4th, but it was so great we thought we'd highlight it anyway. Temple University gymnast Jeff Zack launched a nice 1.5 twisting tsuk at the 2010 ECAC Championships, nailed the landing, and landed himself a spot in the vault final.

Jeff is a member of the Temple University men's gymnastics team. Jeff competes floor, rings, vault, p bars, and high bar for the Owls and in his first year of collegiate gymnastics, he qualified as an individual vault specialist to the 2009 NCAA Championships. Prior to college, Jeff trained as a member of the Temple University Boy's Team.
