This week's gymnastics workout video features the Elites from Legacy Elite Gymnastics in Carol Stream, Illinois. Former UCLA star Anna Li, US National team members Bridgey and Macko Caquatto and newcomer Hopes gymnast Wesley Stephenson prepare for this weeks Cover Girl Classic at UIC's Pavilion.
This workout was filmed on July 7th the week after the National Team Training camp, National Qualifer and the American Classic at the Ranch. Anna returned to elite competition and qualified to the Visa Championships at the American Classic and won bars at that competition. Welsey Stephenson (light blue legacy elite leo) finished 2nd in the Hopes competition at the American Classic and has qualified to compete in the Challenge competition as a part of the Cover Girl Classic. Macko and Bridgey are already qualified to Visa's based on international competition results over the past year.

Looks like Bridgey has some nice upgrades on beam also that was her that did the barani to korbut and the switch 1/2 right? Anna has such a beautiful swing on bars and a great DLO dismount. That hopes gymnast looks really promising, great form! Also the gymnast in the pink leo has a really nice line and toe point. Didn't see a lot of Macko really I wonder how upgraded her sets are from NCAA. Also that was a 2.5 that bridgey did off the horse wonder if we will see a 2,5 from her at some point....would be crazy if she did that at nationals!!

This is one of the funniest and best teams i have ever seen. I would really love to go there someday.also... Good luck Macko, Bridge, Wesley, and Anna. You will do great!

Anna amazes me with the number of different skills and combinations she can do! There are hardly any releases I haven't see her do! She looks so impressive with such a short time back training as an elite!
