Today's gymnastics workout video features the Phenom Gymnastics team in Illinois. Phenom is home to Keeley Kmieciak, the level 10 gymnast famous for winning the all around plus every event at the 2009 JO National Championships. She had committed to compete for the University of Oklahoma.

This workout was filmed on July 21st as the level 8, 9, and 10 gymnasts train new skills for next season and hope to attract the attention of college recruiters on a fun, hot day of summer training.

I think a lot of people would agree that this is a team you should follow up on mid season. We would love to see where the girls are at and how they are during competition season.

I'm crying because this gym is where my daughter was before she moved to Florida. Her best friend is Marissa Oakley, who is an amazing kid on and off the apparatus. Phenom represents hard work, dedication, great coaches but most importantly life long lessons. We will always be part of their family. We miss them greatly and we would love to see more videos from them. Thanks for sharing this amazing place with us as we are so far away. Phenom will always rock for so many reasons. Keep it up coaches and girls! You all looked like stars.

i love how keeley dose her full -in layout. its nice how she dose the full hollowed and they double layout hollowed to but dose the full in the first flip. And she doesn't whip the layout either.
